  1. Professor Seo joined the art department in 2006 and has been teaching graphic design studios. His teaching expertise are symbology and typography focusing on visual composition methods. He has various experiences in both product and graphic design industry such as Samsung, GM Daewoo Motors, and the S. Korean Mint as one of 200 security designers around the world and created various national security designs before he came to the U.S. His research focus on variety of interesting topics, especially pedagogy & design methods and he has presented at national and international design conferences.
