Department of Art

Artist in Residence Program

The department’s yearly Artist in Residence program brings contemporary artists to UNLV to share their expertise in the field with students and contribute to the artistic community at the university. Usually held during the spring semester of every year, the artists in residence lead the Seminar in Visual Arts class, which reverts in the fall to the Visiting Artist lecture series.
