The holdings consist of approximately 70,000 slides.The bulk of the slide holdings document Western monuments in the major media of drawing, painting, sculpture, architecture, ceramics, photography, graphics, manuscript illuminations, film arts and minor arts. A small non-Western section of the collection surveys Asian, African, Exo-Eurasian, Native American, and Oceanic Art. Further collateral materials (maps, timelines, media techniques and methods) round out the archive. Various A/V equipment items (projectors, TV/VCR unit, carousels, laser-pointer, etc.) are available for check-out on a limited time basis.
