Visiting Artist Series: Robert Irwin
The faculty of the Department of Art and the City of Las Vegas Arts Commission welcomed Robert Irwin to the Fall 2009 Visiting Artist Lecture Series, held on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:00pm in the auditorium of the Historic Fifth Street School in downtown Las Vegas. The lecture, and all others in the Tuesday series, was free and open to the public.
Irwin’s lecture was held in conjunction with the Seminar in Visual Arts course, listed for undergraduates as ART 498 and ART 700 for graduate students. Students are welcome to add the course and sign up for meetings with the artists if in the Bachelor of Fine Arts or Masters of Fine Arts programs.
